(Suntec City, Singapore) Entrecôte means 'between the ribs' (which means Ribeye Steak in English) the only cut served here. They started off with a singular main course menu (but have since expanded) - Entrcôte steak topped with their secret sauce served with French Fries. This concept originated in Paris in the 1930s and was recreated here some 80 years later.

The steak comes in 3 portion sizes - Light 150g ($19.90++), Classic 200g ($29.90++) & Large 300g ($39.90++) served in 4 different doneness - bleu (rare), saignant (medium rare), à point (medium) & bien cuit (well done)
The steak was done Medium with a pinkish centre but we still found it to b a tad too chewy. (Maybe Medium Rare would be better.) As for the legendary butter based sauce we thought was lacking a little flavour (More mustard perhaps) and it could've been a little creamier.
The fries on the other hand were really really well done, fried to perfection, and best of all, it's unlimited. (Great for lazy afternoons since they open from 11:30a.m to 9:30p.m)

The salad was decent other than the Mustard Vinaigrette Dressing on the salad tasted a little too over powering for us.
Overall, the dining experience at L'entrecôte was a decent one, we would probably be back for the fries and try the steak in medium rare the next time.
