(Camden Medical Centre, Singapore) Finally back at Fat Cow and this time we decided to go with the 'Butcher's Selection' which happens to be a Grade A4 Wagyu cut that is slightly leaner than the regular A4 Ribeye cut.
Compared to the normal A4 Ribeye cut, the Butcher's Selection Cut was a little thougher with slightly less marbling. Our beef was served medium rare although we ordered medium. I guess the kitchen felt that they didn't want good beef to go to waste at medium so they gave us the default medium rare instead.
A little underwhelming considering we had lots of hyped up cravings but overall still a real tender, juicy steak that's really satisfying. Would be back again soon for the usual from Iwate :)
